    UDP :user datagram protocol.
    TCP :transmistion control protocol.
    FTP :file transfer protocol.
    IP :internet protocol.
    NOS :network operating system.


    NOS types: windows server , novel netware , unix.


    wireless advantage: easy to install no complex of cableing .

    disadvantage : can be interfered by other devices .

    a) 10Base2 : it means the network architecture runs over 10MbPS using the Baseband communication channel and over a max distance = to 200 meter.
    1000BaseCX : it means the network architecture runs over 1000MbPS using the Baseband communication channel and over Coaxial Cables.
